A gathering of Mama's looking to keep life grounded in intention and instinct. Our evening will start with a guided meditation to center your nervous system. Then we'll sip tea, journal and have conversations around finding a more grounded energy for everyday life as women and mothers.

Please bring a journal, pen and a mug. Dress comfortable and bring a yoga mat or anything else you like to be comfortable.
Little one's not yet on the move or content sticking close to you are welcome to join.
