About the event
This is a 3 night series where we will dive into Ayurveda. We will learn the basic theory of Ayurevda, experience the 5 elements, discuss how to use Ayurveda as we transition to Autumn, and on the last night we will determine your dosha and make a personalized massage oil to take home. Classes will be October 7, 14, and 21st from 7:30-9pm. Pre-registration is required as space is limited to accomondate social distancing. Payment is for all 3 nights.
